We are a neutral and independent office. We work on a voluntary basis and have a mandate from «terre des hommes schweiz – suisse». We are elected for four years by the board of «terre des hommes schweiz – suisse», but we are not part of «terre des hommes schweiz – suisse». We are not bound by any instructions. Once a year we report anonymously to «terre des hommes schweiz – suisse» about our work.

Mandate

Consulting is based on a confidential and free of charge basis. The ombudspersons are subject to the duty of confidentiality. All information will be treated confidentially and no action will be taken without the agreement of the persons concerned

We treat all participants with impartiality. In the event of inquiries, on agreement, we listen to both sides and make ourselves knowledgeable. Our recommendations are based on the results of our investigations and not on personal opinions
